OPHA will be offering up to hours of 9 CPH, CHES/MCHES, and Oklahoma LSW continuing education credits and certificates of evaluation and participation for CHWs and attendees at our 2024 conference! Anyone seeking continuing education or certificates of attendance must request their credits from OPHA through this linked survey by 11:59PM on Friday, November 15th.
