Base fee:
  • OPHA Members who have paid their 2013 Membership dues.
  • Members who only register for either April 3 PM or April 6 AM only.
  • Individuals who are not OPHA Members and who will only attend either April 3 PM or April 5 AM only.
  • Individuals who are not members of OPHA and attend April 3-5
  • ODMHSAS Central Office employees who are members of OPHA may select this option for payment.
  • Employees who work for the OCCHD and whose membership and conference registration is invoiced to OCCHD.
  • OSDH employees who are current OPHA regular members may charge their member-registration fee to the OSDH Purchase order. OSDH will not pay the non-member registration fee. A cap has been set by OSDH. Once this cap is reached, no additional registrations will be charged to OSDH.
  • If you would like to attend this Pre-Conference only on April 3 from 8:30-12:00 p.m.
  • Conference sponsors may select this type to register their allotted conference attendees.
  • Attendance on either April 3 PM or April 6 AM only
  • Students and Retirees who are OPHA members and attend April 3-5
  • Full-time enrolled students and retirees of a public health agency who are not current members of OPHA and who only want to attend the conference either April 3 PM or April 6 AM only.
  • Full-time students and retirees who are not OPHA members and attend April 3-5
  • Employees of TCCHD whose membership and registration fee is invoiced to TCCHD.
  • Employees and students of UCO whose registration fee is invoiced to UCO.

Local county, state, and tribal health department staff are invited to attend the Pre-Conference. 

The Pre-Conference registration fee is included in the price of the full conference registration.

 If you attend the Pre-Conference in addition to a 1/2 day, you'll pay an additional $20 plus the 1/2 day fee.

If you attend only the Pre-Conference, the fee is $20.

Hotel Reservations: Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations

Hotel Accommodations can be made ONLINE or by calling 405-455-1801, ask for the OPHA rate.

Room Rates: Standard Suite $109 (single or double).

Continental breakfast is not included with the hotel rooms.

To get this price, reservations MUST be made by March 11, 2013.
