Cancellations must be sent in writing to the OPHA office. Cancellations received by April 30 will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee. Cancellations received after April 30 will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee.
Hotel Reservations: Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
