The Affiliate Representatives to APHA's Governing Council (ARGC) from the Texas Public Health Association, Arkansas Public Health Association, Louisiana Public Health Association, Oklahoma Public Health Association, and New Mexico Public Health Association (TALON) meet at noon CT every other second Friday.
During the October TALON ARGC meeting, OPHA Board and leadership are invited to join our policy sharing session "Affiliates Speak for Health: How Affiliates Engage in the Policy Process" on Oct 13, 2023 from noon-1pm CT.
OPHA will present and answer questions on our policy forum event and New Mexico Public Health Association will present and answer questions on their pre-session forum.
